I believe that at the core of every human being is a deep longing to feel seen, safe, and connected, first with ourselves, and then with those we love.
My work is grounded in the understanding that our earliest relationships shape the stories we carry, and those stories, unless gently examined and rewritten, continue to influence how we show up in the world, in our partnerships, in our parenting, and in our purpose.
Coaching, for me, is not about fixing anyone. It’s about walking beside you with presence, curiosity, and compassion as you remember who you truly are beneath the layers of expectation, burnout, and self-sacrifice. I’m here to help you listen more deeply to your inner world, untangle the patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with your own wisdom, strength, and softness.

NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)
Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a psychological approach that explores the connection between the mind (neuro), language (linguistic), and behavior (programming). It aims to help individuals understand how their thoughts, words, and actions are interconnected and how by reprogramming these patterns, they can dramatically improve their lives and relationships.
Parenting coaching and mentoring
With a very practical “how to” element and the depth and transformation that comes when you become aware of how your own personal programming and imprinting are shaping your parenting, these sessions are, honestly, game-changing.

Family constellations
Family Constellations is a therapeutic approach that explores and resolves deeply rooted patterns within family systems. It is designed to complement traditional methods like psychotherapy, counseling, and coaching by providing insight into how past generations’ unresolved issues and traumas can affect current family members. It offers a broader, systemic view, helping clients see beyond their individual experiences and connect with deeper familial influences.
In simple terms, Family Constellations works on the idea that many of our emotional and relational difficulties are inherited from our ancestors. These inherited patterns—whether they involve trauma, grief, guilt, or exclusion—can manifest as ongoing challenges in our relationships, health, or general well-being. Even if we are unaware of these dynamics, they can shape how we think, feel, and interact with others.
During a Family Constellations session, a therapist or facilitator guides clients to set up a “constellation” where representatives (or objects) stand in for family members or elements of the issue. This process helps reveal hidden dynamics and unresolved emotions within the family system. Once these patterns come to light, clients can address and release them, allowing for healing and restoration of balance.
